Walking Away
friends, Total Damnation blog is now closed.
i just got tired of blogger.com having glitches and all that. it has been a year or so that i have been posting here and i am gonna miss it.
err, not really.
you see, this blog may be dead but the man behind every story in this blog still lives on. i am now currently working on a new blog. a much more better one than this and a better host than blogger.com.
no i am not quitting just because of the glitches. it has come to a point that i got tired of some things. the design here too is kinda lame already.
anyhow, a new blog is under construction as of now. i will be posting the link as soon as it is done.
thank you for the hits in this blog.
thank you for the comments.
and thank you for wasting a minute or two in reading this blog.

what's up with you jason?
um... nothing much really. just trying to get my butt out of school. oh before i forget, i will now post the bantayan pics that we took. so, i will be back tomorrow i guess. i hope i won't forget and i hope i will have the time.

better late than never
okay so i have not been into blogging for almost, what, a month? well i have been spending some time with myself and got myself busy with this new online game that everybody's playing. it's all good since it is vacation time for me. here's an update on what's going on around me.
vior's internet cafe is already having test runs and his first customers are of course, us. 10 powerful units to blanket ourselves with online games and what not. official opening will be on April 8.
another thing to update is about my diet. ahihihihi. my life is filled with programs you know and one of that is the most consistent program i've always had, the diet program. i am not telling you the details but i am trying surprise people this time around. oh well, i better do it than say it so i better shut up now.
the Lasagna Surfers will have a website soon so you better watch out and get ready with your systems because we will put audio streaming in our website. it is still under construction now so take it easy.
lastly, the Bantayan Trip is next week. the delegates will be yours truly, oca, rapi, chucky, kew, vior, danz, drex and bobby. i still have to know if hazel is gonna come and if drex's girls will be on board for the trip. we will be getting the tickets early because of all the people rushing to bantayan. we don't want to travel by land. i don't know if we will be carrying a videocam for the trip. if not, then you guys will settle for pictures.
my dear friend bobong took his ECE Licensure Exam just this week. he said the results will be given tomorrow night. i will try to find out if we have another engineer in jamestown tomorrow. as for now, let's keep our fingers crossed.
i will try to post later this week before going to bantayan. i just hope i will find the time.

new scheme: the gym
i bet you are already bored with the pics so i will start a new post now. your question may be, what's up with this guy right now? is he scheming? well what i am up to now is getting myself to the gym. yes, you hear that right. i have been checking out some gyms here in cebu for the past week. i fell inlove with Slimmers World. you know why? they have good ambiance, great facilities and a very nice program for slimming.
it kinda cost more than your usual gym but they really have a program and i think i can pull this off this time. just a little bit of dedication and a lot of self-discipline. well, i just got up from the bed without having any hangovers. last night was bolts' graduation party. we had 6 bottles of Emperador long necks.
anyhow, back to the gym thingy, i wanted myself to go to the gym because i simply don't have any activity going on right now. aside from sleeping, i play online games, hanging out and some other stuff. i need to utilize my time and spend it wisely.
as for the other side of my life, mau is full of school projects and her practicom thing. not to mention her thesis which sucks her energy out everytime she thinks of it. vior too is busy with his internet cafe. the units will be delivered tomorrow. 11 power computers which will be used to get our online game accounts soar high. everyone is so excited, they are already planning to have an overnight gaming everyday. as for rapi, he's just relaxing coming off from a year of being an apprentice of some Sulpicio ship. next thing for him is the review for the 3rd mate exams. wish him luck.
i got an email from an old friend back in the states. she said she was reading the letter i sent 5 years ago and she wants us to start writing letters again. without any second thoughts, i gave her my address. i just hope i won't get on her boyfriend's nerves.
as i was sending my address to erin, my plan was to get her to buy me some shoes.
devil me ego.

something to celebrate
today was the graduation of my sister, bianca. a bachelor of science in nursing who is hoping to pass her next quest, the board exams. i thought it's her time to burn down the wicked books that made our lives miserable as students but no, the true test will be passing the board exams. i am pretty confident my good 'ol sister will rise to the challenge.
congratulations!
after the graduation, the family went straight to this filipino restaurant, Golden Cowrie. we had the hearty crispy pata, the thick dinogo-an, ever tasteful adobong talong, and some other stuff. after that, we had a couple of drinks and a lot of talking on the side. my fingers couldn't stop the urge to press the camera button and take pics of everyone.
we all had a great night but that is just the appetizer of the celebration. tomorrow at 6pm, there will be a party at our place. the people that we spent our childhood most will be there, the closest friends and of course, our brothers vior and rapi.
as for now, feast on some pics that we took.
enjoy!

heavenly body
the end of the school year is just a week away. we will welcome the vacation with the Bantayan Island tradition. on Holy Week, we will go to Bantayan Island and let loose in the island of crazy fun. we have been going to Bantayan Island for already 4 years and each year is a memorable one. rapi will again join the group and im pretty sure that the fun will be overwhelming.
i will stop thinking about the trip right now since i still have a lot of parties to go and events to attend before that.
my sister bianca will graduate this week and will recieve her nursing diploma. time passes by so fast it was just like yesterday that i see her sitting inside her Grade 1 room. she is a grown up now and probably more mature than me. i have no beef with that because she is my sister. i am not intimidated that she will finish her studies next week. i will still go to school even if i get to walk the walk of the bachelor in october. i will have my diploma soon and i can't wait for it.
anyways, i still can't walk straight because of this sprain on my right knee. i have been bothered by this sprain for 1 week already. oh well, this is what you get when the pride of a basketball player is tested. a while ago, oca was planning to get a body massage after the last day of school and he wants us to go with him and get a massage too. if i will, it'll be hell for the one who is tasked to massage this heavenly body.

she's human
just recently, i started talking to a Gunbound Game Master (GM). her name is Sulis Raine. at first, i was hesitant to message her in yahoo messenger but i was like, "she doesn't know me so i don't care". much to my surprise, she answered and was polite. we had a short talk and i asked her if i can link her blog to mine. she said it's all good and that she will link my blog to hers too. i checked her blog a while ago and to my delight, a link to my blog was there under the Players Blog section.
thank you GM Sulis Raine!
the problem now is how to return the favor. you see, i can't seem to find where to put links to this template. if only i know how to maneuver this html codes, it will be as easy as the girl at the sidewalk. i hope she understands that i am no genius at this. all these changes i made for this blog is through experimenting. it will be embarassing for me not to link her blog to mine so i will do whatever i need to do to come up with a link somewhere around here. yes, i will do anything.
just don't make me do a Brokeback Mountain scene.
do you want to know what life a GM have aside from Gunbound? do you want to see other GMs? do you want to interact with gunbound players through their own blogs? just visit GM Sulis Raine's blog at http://gm-enkeli.blogspot.com
trust me, she is human.
i twisted my knee last tuesday night. it was a basketball game between Sunros players. for you guys who have no idea what Sunros is, Sunros is the rival team of Jamestown. for the last 5 years, we were undefeated by this team and that tuesday night, egos were up and resulted to the twisting of my knee. i left the game with a 5 point lead in favor of Jamestown. we won the match and Carlo's boys went home empty handed.
i still can't walk straight right now and i have spent the whole week sitting down. i will be in school tomorrow and i hope this wicked knee will cooperate.
thank you GM Sulis Raine!

rapsome is back
rapsome is back bro!
that is the text message i got from rapi when he arrive last tuesday. after more than a year in a Sulpicio ship, he is back and he is bad. i texted vior that the rapsome is back and as i began to think about the things we used to do, i couldn't wait to get myself off from school.
i guess we have the same wavelength and who are less busy. that is why a day wouldn't be a day if we could not see each other. since daot left for abu dhabi and bob got busy with his career, we're the only one who are still having misadventures. rapi is back and his first stop, Bantayan Island.
i played basketball the other night and i twisted my right knee. it twisted so hard, everyone heard the cracking sound of the bones. i thought it was dislocated again. luckily, i was able to stand up and walked like a damn penguin to the sidelines. lars was there that it's just a sprain or something like that. i borrowed my grandma's cane too and since then, my folks haven't stopped laughing. my sister is nursing me every night with warm compress and all that medical stuff.
cool huh?

mission failed
my mom arrived yesterday morning from the states. when she arrived, she was so hyper and said, "manigarilyo ko! hahahaha!". kring and i laughed and carried her luggage at the back of the van. i just couldn't stand the waiting so i opened her bag and searched for the new digicam that she bought. it was a classy canon digital camera with 5.0 pixels. i can say i am trigger happy right now and will take pictures of almost everything. i still have to upload the pics though.
last night, it was our school's Commerce Day. a disco was held at our school's activity center. oca and i went together and this was our plan:
go to the activity center and look for girls that could come with us after the disco and go straight to the wine shop and all that stuff.
we arrived at around 10pm already. as we entered the gate, our eyes was all over the crowd. the hunt has started and we were off to a good start. having a spot between the dance floor and the chairs, it was a good sight and the perfect place to hunt. i saw some classmates but they were not available and mostly are taken. oca had his prospects too but he couldn't work his way out. the night is starting to go deeper, people started to go out from the school with their dates. as for us, we were still there hoping that someone is still up for grabs. as i saw this cute little one walked towards us, i tapped oca's shoulder. it was the friend of oca's classmate. i started to give oca the signal to go for it but he didn't.
"1st year pa to oi" he said.
sigh.
then i saw jasmine. "yes!" i said to myself. she wave at me like a little kindergarten and i ran towards her. she was on her way out with her date! "dugaya sad nimo nagpakita oi! gi ingnan tika nga text lang!".
i almost fell down flat to the ground. if only i texted her earlier then we could spending good times with my friend jasmine. argh! i wanted to scream. i went back to oca and shook my head. we then realized that our mission has failed. we walked to the gate facing the floor and when we got outside, we saw chan, our former crush. she was so classy that night. her skin still is whiter than a US bondpaper with her tattoo at her back flashing like a hologram. upon seeing her, we didn't pull our hopes up because beside her was her clown who always follow her around.
we went to The Wine Shop and there was hazel and vior drinking our gang's favorite wine, Don Barosso. the night went out good, had another nice conversations and had the best laughs inside The Wine Shop. guess we didn't need escorts to enjoy another night at The Wine Shop.
real friends never runs out of good fun.

Sympathy For The Martyr
you just can't relax and you cant rely
on anyone for anything
so you make your complaints
and everyone has let you down
you just can't ever win
convinced there's a war on
it's always everybody versus you
convinced that your critics are watching
and you've always got something to prove
a laundry list of problems
doesn't make you interesting
and never getting help doesn't make you brave
not listening to reason doesn't mean that you have faith
you're just cutting off your nose to spite your face
so tie your noose and raise the cross
the martyr has arrived
a desperate plea for sympathy
it's all you'll need
...and you want it all
on anyone for anything
so you make your complaints
and everyone has let you down
you just can't ever win
convinced there's a war on
it's always everybody versus you
convinced that your critics are watching
and you've always got something to prove

The Pistols are at it again
Above is the open letter from the Sex Pistols to the Rock N Roll Hall Of Fame. they won against the other inductees, Black Sabbath, Blondie, etc. as a band, being in the hall of fame is something you want to achieve. but as for the pistols, they still have that punk ideals which spits on the music industry, the big record companies and the mainstream.
The Sex Pistols started a musical legacy that still goes strong today. though, if people really had been listening, no one would ever have tried to copy them. the pistols never tried to sound 'punk' or be obnoxious just for the sake of it (there's a difference between having an opinion and being obnoxious). punk is a way of thought, it's do it yourself, it's contradicting contradiction.
So what do the Sex Pistols stand for? outrage? anarchy? rebellion? how about just plain honesty? in a time where apathy ruled supreme and music was bland and insignificant. the Sex Pistols are the only one who had the balls to stand up and say "No! that's bullshit! this is what really is..."
people didn't realize how bad things were until the pistols showed them.
All the hype the Sex Pistols had was totally deserved. they deserved everything they've got. Johnny Rotten was the one i identified with--he was the sensitive one. Never Mind The Bollocks has the best production of any rock record i have ever heard. it's totally in-your-face and compressed. - Kurt Cobain of Nirvana (September 1992)
The Pistols were the boys really. you could put together a 'best of' from The Clash's five albums and it wouldn't be worth a wank next to Never Mind The Bollocks. - Noel Gallagher of Oasis (April 1996)

punk music is still alive
i got home at around 5:00am in the morning already. the night was filled with the punk spirit and Twinkle Dudu unleashed punk music like a hungry beast.
last night was Twinkle Dudu's album launching. i was there not as a fan but as a friend. a friend who saw their humble beginnings. with me to show support was bibo, kew and lyndon who was all over the place, walking around with their Red Horse bottle and eyeing for those vixens that arrive in Handuraw Events Cafe. i saw SRA guys too. no posers were on sight, all punks with ideals. there were no exaggerated punk fashion was at sight and a lot of emo kids.
our good friends of the band One Man Down was first to perform. we shared a couple of laughs and asked me when will be the Lasagna Surfers' launching. i told them that we still have a lot of songs to record. jb and i were together for almost the whole night. signing some autographs and all that rock star shit. we always find ourselves looking at each other and laugh after each signature he placed. old friends from USJ-R were there too and it was like a little reunion of the band's friends. it was such a great night. The Ambassadors performed and had a very good set that made the crowd wild. as the band that is holding the banner of punk music in cebu, The Ambassadors did what they do best, creating a moshpit on the floor. there were some guests bands which jb and the Twinkle Dudu guys didn't know but they were there performing because of Harakiri Mosh Productions. months before the launching, jb already told me that he wanted Guilt To Flow (kew's band) and Lasagna Surfers to perform but he just couldn't talk his way to the productions. i told him that it is all good and that we'll have our own time soon as the bands from Twinkle Records.
after the very successful launching, we went straight to Mango Square. we had a couple of bottles over there. the band, the Harakiri Mosh girls, and some friends were there. kew was very pissed of some people whom he call "sawsaw". jb always try to find his eyes on us and asked if we were alright, he also made sure we still have bottles to drown. another friend, gary gar was stuck with me and kew. he said he just want to hear my stories and all. the three of us were always laughing and at one point, errol's girl that night almost transferred to our table. good thing errol was alert and took her back to our table and gave me that look.
i also thought about jb's one and only, mai mai. she should have been there. being the girl that witnessed almost all gigs of the band, she should be there. sad to say, she is working her little butt in abu dhabi right now. for future purposes i'm sure.
hehehe.
as i was sitting there, i suddenly wondered what is happening in manila at that time. do we still have a president? did the coup de etat destroyed everything? i didn't know. when i arrive, i turned on the TV to check out the news. luckily, there were no live news. that means the extreme left is unsuccessful in making this country miserable.

The Ambassadors performed and had a very good set that made the crowd wild. as the band that is holding the banner of punk music in cebu, The Ambassadors did what they do best, creating a moshpit on the floor. there were some guests bands which jb and the Twinkle Dudu guys didn't know but they were there performing because of Harakiri Mosh Productions. months before the launching, jb already told me that he wanted Guilt To Flow (kew's band) and Lasagna Surfers to perform but he just couldn't talk his way to the productions. i told him that it is all good and that we'll have our own time soon as the bands from Twinkle Records.
after the very successful launching, we went straight to Mango Square. we had a couple of bottles over there. the band, the Harakiri Mosh girls, and some friends were there. kew was very pissed of some people whom he call "sawsaw". jb always try to find his eyes on us and asked if we were alright, he also made sure we still have bottles to drown. another friend, gary gar was stuck with me and kew. he said he just want to hear my stories and all. the three of us were always laughing and at one point, errol's girl that night almost transferred to our table. good thing errol was alert and took her back to our table and gave me that look.
i also thought about jb's one and only, mai mai. she should have been there. being the girl that witnessed almost all gigs of the band, she should be there. sad to say, she is working her little butt in abu dhabi right now. for future purposes i'm sure.
hehehe.
as i was sitting there, i suddenly wondered what is happening in manila at that time. do we still have a president? did the coup de etat destroyed everything? i didn't know. when i arrive, i turned on the TV to check out the news. luckily, there were no live news. that means the extreme left is unsuccessful in making this country miserable.

the adventures of the gluttons
so i have been busy these past few weeks. vior and i have to help out at the Parish Renewal Experience Seminar. we are so happy that dodong and oca has joined and opened their hearts to the Lord. that is why i have abandoned this blog for a while. what kept me busy too was mau's arrival from manila. she have to gather data for her thesis and i went out to help her.
vior, bobby, oca and i were feasting on chinese dishes last night. Ding Qua Qua's eat all you can is just so amazing, it overwhelmed our digestive system. we were laughing at the table all the time because we could not consume the food that we had. we took a little rest and just slowly eating the fancy chinese food. siomai was of course, the greatest thing that china offered to the world. we made siomai look like little aspirins and we had so much of it, our teeth was burning all because of the friction. oca couldn't breathe anymore so we went outside and just stand there and stuff. i thought we were the only casualties of chinese food but i was wrong, another table near the buffet smelled like White Flower. that means the customer got dizzy and all that crazy shit. Ding Qua Qua was a silent killer.
we were so full, we don't want to smell food anymore.
we were talking and laughing at ourselves outside JY Square. after 15 minutes of just talking and standing, we were off to The Wine Shop. the wine shop was like a hospital for us gluttons. when we arrive at the shop, the aroma of the place was already a therapy. we ordered a 210 peso red wine. all we wanted to do is to burn the food inside our stomachs. 90% of the customers were koreans. they were there, chatting with their fellow koreans and luckily, they didn't get on oca's nerves, if they did, hell hath no wrath is all i can say. after 1 bottle of wine, we felt better and decided to get another one and another one.
lesson of the night? there is always something wrong with mass consumption.
red wine is all we need.
i will be checking in Rajah Park Hotel tonight. i will spend a night in that hotel and find a little peace and quiet in that room. watching late night TV and overlooking the city. oca expressed his interest to go with me. is this another brokeback mountain story?
yuck.
President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo a while ago just declared that the nation is under State of Emergency. it will be another post so i will end it here. all i can say is, this is so much like People Power 2. as of now, a high ranking general in the military withdrew his support from the President. if the others will follow, we are all going down.
God bless this country.

chandeliers always shine
i happen to stumble to Bianca Gonzales's blog a while ago. yes, you read that right, the Bianca that you've been drooling in the new Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition. she is on leave now so you still can't read her posts. maybe after she gets out from Big Brother's house, she'll be back blogging.
speaking of Pinoy Big Brother, the theme song which is Pinoy Ako by Orange and Lemons makes us proud to be pinoy. it's been played in every gold medal that we grab in the SEA Games and some call it the new national anthem.
Pinoy Ako by Orange and Lemons makes me sick.
last tuesday, vior and i went to bawing's place and bawing was so excited to let us hear the song that he got from limewire. the song Chandeliers by The Care is just as the same as Pinoy Ako by Orange and Lemons. it is so the same, you thought you are hearing the song that made every pinoy dance. the melody of the song, the arrangement, the drums, the guitars, the sequence, and the tempo. what Orange and Lemons did not copy is the lyrics of the song. at that time, i wanted to puke on Orange and Lemons.
they are now famous because of The Care's music. come to think of it, they even idolize The Beatles which is known for their originality and authenticity as musicians. if Sir Paul McCartney knows about this, he will be so ashamed, he will contact Michael Jackson's surgeon and ask for a complete makeover. we can't do anything about it and i don't think the media knows about this .with all the praises that they get, the popularity that they have, the awards that soon they will recieve, i hope they would tell the nation that the song is just a replica of the song Chandeliers. i guess chandeliers always shine no matter how you cover them.
how can they sleep at night?
i recommend all readers of this blog to download the song, Chandelier by The Care.

Beatlemania
i have been listening to rock music for most of my life. it was back in grade 4 where i was being fed with guns n' roses. it was candy to my ears at that time so i explored more. i bumped into the best band of the 90's, nirvana. since then, i started wearing sneakers for school and until now, i am still wearing sneakers. i thought that was it, it's the best that rock can offer. then in high school, someone introduced a band to me. a band which is far more powerful than the bands that i listened to at that time.
The Beatles.
i was amazed at how my classmate idolized them. a 14 year old kid who is listening to 60's rock? i decided to check it out. i was blown away with their music. then after that, i became a fan of The Beatles. Karlo have all their albums except for The Magical Mystery Tour. it was a rare one i can say.
Karlo and I did not just listen to their music, we also found ourselves searching for Beatles information. like every other fan, we have to know our own personal heroes. we found out some things, like Strawberry Fields is a real place where John Lennon, as a child, always play with the orphans inside Strawberry Fields. we found out that the Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds song is about LSD (a prohibited substance). after all those days of researching, Karlo's father talked to us and told us something that cannot be found in the beatle books. only a little percent knew about what The Beatles did than just make great music.
The Beatles played a very big part in the destruction of communism in Russia.
no other band did what The Beatles did. they did not even plan it, it just happened. at that time, Russia was curtained with communism and the young men was brainwashed by the government with communist ideals. then The Beatles came. they hit the world by storm and the information about four lads from Liverpool got inside Russia. the Soviet officials even thought that The Beatles was a secret weapon used by Britain at that time. it was a very crucial time in history where the United States and Russia was on the race to be the most powerful nation in the world. what the Soviet did was ban The Beatles in their country. they dont want their future generation of communists to know how democracy feels. not before long, a lot of young men was arrested for having smuggled copies of The Beatles albums. in Russia's airports, if, say, a famous sportsman came back from a foreign country, the customs authorities would ask, "do you have a Beatles record?".
it was the generation of Russia that was listening to The Beatles that became Russia's lost generation. The kids lost their interest in all Soviet unshakable dogmas and ideals and they stopped thinking of an english speaking person as an enemy. that's when the Communists lost two generations of young people ideologically, totally lost. that was an incredible impact in a nation. only John, Paul, George, and Ringo were able to do that.
the so called lost generation grew up, became the deputies, and they became the officers. that's what changed Russia. clearly, The Beatles was not just a rock band, they were the historical event of their decade.
now, if you are still doubtful about this article, do a research, you'll get what you need. this information about The Beatles being the reason for the Soviet's fall is already out in public. for how many years, someone documented it already and it has been authenticated.
if only i got the idea to document it 5 years ago when it was still held by my gentle mind, i could have been the rich man.
Fun Fact: Did you know that the harmonica used in the song Love Me Do was stolen by John Lennon in one of Liverpool's store?
that store still exist until now.

the greatest filipino athlete
i have been amazed on how people are responding to this blog. i guess i have to broadcast the site publicly if i wanted to have more readers. it's the comments section that seems to left me dumbfounded. to you my dear readers, thank you.
enough of that thank you speech.
the whole country still has the manny pacquiao fever. this disease spreads more than your usual peanut butter in your kitchen. even our dear president caught the strange disease. anyways, i am talking about pacquiao's win over morales just a few weeks ago. after that brilliant fight (which i also enjoyed), us filipinos has the biggest smile in the world. it was a great fight indeed and i love pacquiao more than ever.
since then, the media labeled manny as the greatest filipino athlete. i have no beef with manny being the greatest but i don't think now is the time to label him as the greatest filipino athlete ever. you see, manny is still young and has more way to go. take for example the losing/aging morales. morales is part of the 3 great mexicans because he has captured 3 titles, namely, IBF, WBA, WBO. not only that, he managed to own these prized jewels for three years. now that is something we call great.
yeah yeah, pacquiao reunited the country for a while. but please take note that it is only for a while. just like the food coupons the government gave to the poor, it is just band aid solution to our problems! after all the pacquiao fever, we will go back to nurse our real disease, politics. all we can do is to thank our new hero for being that band aid.
i have nothing against pacquiao. i love him, he brought honor and respect to our nation. but please, take it easy on tagging to his name, "the greatest filipino athlete". pacquiao is on his way, so let us all wait and enjoy watching his road to greatness. remember that muhammad ali once said that he is the greatest. it turned out to be that the greatest boxer ever in history as acknowledged is Sugar Ray.
let us not forget Efren "Bata" Reyes and Django Bustamante in Billiards. they were once ranked number 1 in the world. let us not forget Paeng Nepmuceno who won the world bowling championships for 4 straight years (until now, no one has ever broke that record). let us not also forget the late boxer, Gabriel "Flash" Elorde who was World Super Flyweight champion from 1960-1967 (the longest reign ever in the division). there was also the incredible Francisco "Pancho Villa" Guilledo who defended his title 24 times. all these people i've mentioned can also claim their greatest filipino athlete tag too.
manny will be the greatest filipino athlete anytime soon. i can't wait for that to happen.
sometimes, media is just being so ridiculous and they don't seem to notice that they are forgetting those years when we savored the victories of other filipino athletes. all they are thinking is just the sell of their newspapers and the award they'd wish to get for their columns.
sometimes, people are blinded by all these media work. letting us forget the other best athletes we had before pacquiao. their time may be gone but the honor that they gave to our country is timeless.
(this is my point of view. if you feel like adding to this article, feel free to put it in the comments section or better yet, get your own blog)

giving it up
here are the pics that i promised to post. these are the pics from our gig last Sinulog and we had a good set at that time. the crowd was listening and was calm. they thought we were a new band so it was kinda funny. damn, we are already 5 years old in the punk scene. we had been to gigs and all that band stuff but we have to mellow it down in 2003. we figured out that education is more important than all this. we need to focus on education cuz we are dumb at it. we can't seem to juggle the band and our future easily. we have to give up one.
luckily, it turned out great. errol and earl will graduate this march, lumo graduated 2 years ago, and i will have my time soon on october.
feels so right to know we did right.
